Terzis Family Dentistry is a non-assignment office, which means that we require payment in full at time of service, unless other arrangements have been made. We are more than happy to help you by sending your insurance claim electronically, and patients often receive an insurance cheque within a few days.
Your dental insurance policy is a contract between you and your employer, and due to the Federal Privacy Act, it is you as the policy holder who is responsible for notifying us of any changes to your coverage, as well as knowing the various procedures covered under your plan in order to avoid disappointment with claim reimbursement.
